We are building something meaningful and when the time comes, we want the right people hunting alongside us.

Craft, culture and a deep connection to India's making traditions sit at the heart of everything Little India Treasures does.

We go looking for the things that are rare, skilled and worth preserving and we bring them to people who will truly value them.

If you are driven by curiosity, moved by craftsmanship and ready to be part of a hunt that is only just beginning, this is where you belong.

Who we are

Little India Treasures is a group of treasure hunters on a permanent expedition through India's living craft traditions. We design and curate a collection of handcrafted pieces — bags, textiles, cushion covers, throws — each one the result of a deliberate search for skill, beauty and authenticity. We work directly with the artisan communities who make them. Every product we find carries a story. Every decision we make carries a purpose.

We are young, ambitious and growing. We are not a big corporate. We are a small, passionate team of treasure hunters who care deeply about what we find, who makes it, and how we bring it to the world. If that kind of work stirs something in you, you are probably exactly who we are looking for.

What it means to work with us

Working at Little India Treasures means being close to the work the real work. There is no sprawling hierarchy here. When you contribute, you see it.

When you have an idea, it gets heard. We are at an early and exciting stage of the hunt, which means the people who join us now will have a genuine hand in shaping what this brand becomes and where it goes next.

We take our responsibility seriously to our customers, to the artisan communities in India whose skills we seek out and champion, and to the people who work alongside us. We want everyone who is part of this business to feel that their work matters.
Because it does.

What we look for

We do not hire for job titles. We hire for character.

The people who thrive here tend to be curious about the world genuinely curious, the kind who want to know how a block is carved, why a particular dye behaves the way it does, what makes one piece of kalamkari different from another. They are comfortable working independently, take ownership of their work and care about doing things properly. They are honest, thoughtful and not easily put off by the reality that building something from the ground up takes patience as well as ambition.

A love of India its heritage, its craft traditions, its stories goes a long way. A desire to be part of preserving them goes even further.

Areas we hire in

As we grow, we expect to hire across the following areas:

Design & Product

Working closely with our artisan partners to develop new finds, manage the design journey and bring extraordinary craft traditions to life in products people will treasure.

Operations & Logistics

The people who keep the expedition running from supply chain and fulfilment to the systems and processes that allow the hunt to scale.

Little India Treasures is committed to building a team as rich and varied as the craft traditions we seek out. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences and identities, and we do not discriminate on any grounds. We make decisions based on character, capability and shared values — nothing else.

Tell us about yourself

The hunt is growing, and we are always interested in hearing from exceptional people who feel a genuine connection to what we are doing - the craft, the culture, the search for things worth finding. If that is you, tell us who you are and what draws you here. We will keep your details and reach out when the right opportunity opens up.
