Ordering
We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at treasures@shoplittleindia.co.uk or call +44 (0) 739 790 1320 as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been dispatched.
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account does make future orders quicker though, as your delivery details are saved, and you can track your orders and manage returns more easily.
You will receive an order acknowledgement email as soon as you place your order. A second email will be sent when your order is dispatched, including your tracking information.
Yes. Our checkout is powered by Shopify Payments, which uses SSL encryption and is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest standard of payment security. We never store your card details.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Klarna (Buy Now Pay Later). Gift cards can also be redeemed at checkout.
Yes — we offer Klarna's Pay Later and Pay in 3 options. Klarna is subject to its own eligibility checks and terms. Please note that Klarna cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
Yes — all prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of UK VAT at the prevailing rate.
Delivery
We offer two UK delivery options.
Standard Delivery is free on all orders of £60.00 or more, and £5.95 on orders under £60. Express Delivery is £7.95 regardless of order value. International delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.
All orders placed before 2:00pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday, or over the weekend, are dispatched the following Monday. Once dispatched, Standard Delivery arrives within 3–5 working days and Express Delivery within 1–2 working days. All timeframes exclude weekends and bank holidays. Express Delivery is available to most mainland UK addresses — address restrictions may apply, check at checkout to confirm availability.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate. If your tracking has not updated after that time, please contact us at treasures@shoplittleindia.co.ukwith your order number.
Yes — we ship worldwide. Delivery charges for international orders are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and local charges may apply when your order arrives in your country — these are not included in our prices and are your responsibility to pay.
Possibly, yes. Customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are charged by local authorities when your parcel arrives. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We strongly recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.

Returns & Refunds
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. The cost of return postage is your responsibility for change-of-mind returns. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return — please contact us first before sending anything back.

We're sorry to hear this. Please contact us at treasures@shoplittleindia.co.ukas soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the damage. Please do not attempt to repair the item yourself. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover the cost of return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid by Klarna, we will notify Klarna and your payment plan will be adjusted accordingly.
No — gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
No — personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Products
Yes. Every piece in our collection is handcrafted by skilled artisans in India. We design all of our products and work directly with the makers. Because each item is made by hand, there will always be subtle natural variations in colour, texture, pattern, and finish between pieces — this is not a flaw, it's what makes every piece unique.
All of our products are made in India, handcrafted by artisan communities we work with directly. We visit our suppliers in person and are committed to fair, transparent relationships with the people who make what we sell.
Yes, this is perfectly normal for two reasons. First, screen calibration varies between devices, so colours may display differently on your screen. Second, because our products are handcrafted using natural materials and dyes, there will always be slight variations between pieces. We consider this part of their beauty and character, not a defect.
Care instructions vary by product and material. We include care guidance in our product descriptions. As a general rule, handcrafted natural pieces benefit from gentle cleaning and protection from prolonged direct sunlight and excess moisture. If you have a specific question about a product, please contact us and we will be happy to advise.
We aim to keep our collections available, but some pieces are limited. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to hear about restocks and new arrivals. You can also contact us at treasures@shoplittleindia.co.ukto ask about a specific item.
Gift Cards
Yes — Little India Treasures digital gift cards are available to purchase on the Site. They are delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after this date will be forfeited.
No — gift cards cannot be purchased using Klarna or any other Buy Now Pay Later method.
No — gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. If you return an item purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued as a new gift card.
Yes — you can use a gift card as full or part payment for any order.
Your Account
No — guest checkout is available. But creating a free account lets you track orders, view your order history, and manage returns more easily.
Click "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset it. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
